Fry, Professor of Political Science, BYU Date: Thursday, May 15, 2014 Time: 12:00 – 1:30 Earl Fry served as the Fulbright Bicentennial Chair in American Studies at the University of Helsinki during the 2011-2012 academic year. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and served for a time as Special Assistant in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR). He recently returned from Paris where he was researching transatlantic economic competitiveness and the international activities of sub-state governments such as provinces, departments, laender, and regions.
