Whether you’re evaluating prospective partners and customers, trying to determine the applicability of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act to your business processes, or balancing the provision of competitive payment terms without eroding your bottom line, chances are you’re facing various degrees of global risk.

This half-day seminar is designed to help U.S. businesses chart a course for successfully increasing profitability by addressing and mitigating many aspects of international risk associated with global business expansion.

Officials from organizations including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and US Bank will address myriad topics including: the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Choosing the Right Partners Overseas and Avoiding the Wrong Ones, as well as Mitigating Financial Risk.
